Finding Fulfilment - Centering Prayer, the Law of Three and Alexander Technique

…Except for the point, the still point, There would be no dance and there is only the dance. (T.S.Eliot)

How can we reach the Unknowable? What are the obstacles within us?

In this retreat we’ll be looking at three aspects of ourselves - body, mind and spirit - to discover what stops us being fully open and available.

We will be working with three practices: The Law of Three enables us to see and appreciate the dynamic flow of creation; Centering Prayer is a contemplative practice that reveals our hidden agendas; and Alexander Technique is a practice of letting go of tension in our bodies and resistance in our thoughts.

Led by Jill Benet, Antonio Benet and Jacqueline Evans.

Jill is the London Coordinator of Contemplative Outreach (www.contemplativeoutreach.co.uk) and co-founder of ‘Silence in the City’. She has extensive experience of leading group retreats.

Antonio is a writer and a lay contemplative who leads study groups in Spain and the UK.

Jacqueline is an Alexander Technique teacher and a workshop leader.

Led by: Gill and Antonio Benet and Jacquline Evans

Please arrive by 6pm on Sunday. The retreat ends at 4pm on Friday.
