Life Coaching - How to live life to the full

Life-Coaching is a process of transformation. It is about choosing to live life positively, to live life to the full – which in turn means being prepared to envision and embrace change.

To get the most from this weekend course, you will therefore need to be willing to examine all aspects of your life and commit to making changes in the way that you believe, think and act in order to become a happier, more fulfilled person.

Sue Glanville has extensive experience in teaching, leadership, coaching and spiritual direction. She feels passionately that we are all masters of our own destinies and that we can all learn to live happier lives. This is why she has devoted so much of her life to supporting and accompanying people, individually and collectively, as they embark on their journeys of personal change and growth.

Sue’s Ammerdown weekend aims to set you off on that journey by helping you to:

explore what you desire for your life
identify areas that you wish to change, for example career, relationships, hobbies, money management
set goals
overcome obstacles to success by learning how to think more positively

The course will also introduce techniques such as visualisation and meditation, together with personal development tools such as NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming).

The weekend will be highly interactive and will be facilitated through group discussions, art work, story-telling, poems and role play.

Led by: Sue Glanville

Please arrive by 6pm on Friday. Course ends with lunch on Sunday.
